We believe that small details can make a big difference, which is why Dale Joinery launched the UK’s first flush-fitting veneered trickle vents. These vents are colour-coordinated to seamlessly blend in with the internal window and door frame colours, rather than the surface-mounted white or brown plastic or aluminium vent that is typically used within the industry.

Since June 2022, trickle vents have become mandatory for replacement windows in the UK where background ventilation isn’t available, as dictated within the revised Part F regulations. Approved Document F was introduced in 2010 to encourage background ventilation and overall air quality within dwellings in particular, and was revised in June 2022 to improve the health of occupants of new buildings, following a rise in toxic mould cases from damp, poorly ventilated buildings.
