Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities utilise the very best machine processes combined with the skill of our factory teams, to produce a superior product range. None of our products are kept in stock; everything is made to order – some things are worth the wait when it’s being made just for you. Our products leave the factory fully finished, meaning they are painted or stained with a multi-layer protection system, and come with all the glazing in place, ready to install on site.
Following rigorous checks before leaving the factory, and further quality control at our warehouse, your made-to-order windows and doors are secured for safe transit on pallets and will arrive at a time and date agreed with you on our own trucks, equipped with forklifts to unload them for you.
Whilst our entire process is set up for smooth sailing, sometimes things just don’t go to plan. Controlling mother nature isn’t normally possible, and when working with a natural product set in an external environment, we have to accept it is us that has to adapt.
