Amazing TV Property Transformation Features Dale Timber Windows and Doors

We were thrilled to see our timber windows and doors appear on episode 6 of Channel 4’s home show – Best Laid Plans – which was aired last weekend – http://www.channel4.com/programmes/best-laid-plans – showing an amazing property transformation for two of our customers.

The programme followed two couples as they looked to extend their existing homes. We were delighted to work with Frankie and Nick from Cambridgeshire who featured on the show as they transformed their dated 1960’s property into a stunning detached family home over a 7 month build.

The finished look of the property (which you can see 30 minutes and 35 seconds into the programme for those who don’t want to wait!) features our made to measure timber flush casement windows, along with one of our beautiful, grand entrance doors with matching frames, statement colour and bold hardware options.

They were beautifully offset by the exterior cladding on the property which really highlighted the crisp, clean lines of the windows and entrance door that completely changed the look of the original property to create a modern, light, spacious family home.

Dale Area Sales Manager for the South East Daniel Holliday worked with Frankie and Nick to get the right solution for their project as he explains.

“I met Frankie in December last year after initially we were recommended to her by a builder. Following our initial meeting they met with us again at the Homebuilding and Renovation show in March, where we discussed the project in much more detail as they had a much better idea of what they wanted to achieve.

“In the end Frankie and Nick opted for our flush casement windows with a horizontal bar in white and a grand entrance door with matching frames and a statement colour with a bold hardware option. The finished result was absolutely fantastic – a stunning transformation inside and out and we were delighted to be able to play a small part in creating their new home,” said Dan.
