The Project
A regular user of Dale Joinery products now, Harvey was first introduced to our range by a customer for whom he built a home.
Focusing on one-off bespoke projects commissioned by discerning clients, Harvey has also since built himself a house and didn’t hesitate to use Dale windows and doors for his own.

This thoroughly modern specification home has been given a traditional appearance, typified by the use of charming sash windows, a stylish entrance door and French doors.
Harvey appreciates the after-sales experience with Dale too, “minor issues along the way have always been rectified swiftly and cooperatively – you always expect small things to go off plan at all stages of a build, but how it’s dealt with is the key – it’s been refreshing to deal with Dale on this aspect compared to other suppliers.”
With a further four houses in the pipeline, Harvey has already decided he will be returning to Dale for the windows and doors.
Entrance Door
With traditional panels and styling, this Harlech design door with toplight fits in perfectly with this property. Finished in a shade complementary to Farrow & Ball ‘Railings’, the door also has a Polished Stainless Steel escutcheon, Doctor’s knocker and letterbox.
French Doors
A striking centrepiece to the rear of the house, these French doors are accompanied by toplights and sidelights. Providing a light filled lounge area and access to the garden, these doors are finished in ‘Pure White’ with 18mm astragal bars and chrome hardware.
Sash Windows
Charming hidden spring sash windows feature throughout the property, and include this three-facet, bay window. Finished in ‘Pure White’ with chrome catches and standard horns, these sashes help to achieve the traditional feel of this entirely newly built home.
