A combination of Chalkstone and brick is synonymous with other houses in the village and gives it that seaside look that we were aiming to achieve”.

Flush casement windows
Taking inspiration from neighbouring homes, timber flush casement windows, including a mixture of fixed and floating mullions were specified in the shade of ‘Olive Grey’, with horizontal 18mm astragal glazing bars.
Entrance Doors
Opting for a timeless look, our Orford style doors in the same finish as the new windows have been installed underneath a beautiful canopy, creating a truly lovely entrance to these homes.
Bi-Fold Doors
At the rear, both properties boast a private balcony opening out from the living room, where our bi-fold doors stack neatly, to create the perfect, flexible living solution. A second set are also installed on the ground floor to allow for easy access into the garden.
