Technical Specifications

The HiSpec24 windows use an aesthetically pleasing, distinctive ovolo mould, and both frames and sashes are comb jointed for additional strength. The full range of windows has a stormproof profile and an excellent glazing system. Frames are supplied without horns eliminating costly on-site removal and the need for on-site preservative treatment and priming of cut ends.

The windows can be manufactured from either

softwood or hardwood and are available in bespoke sizes, many styles and with a wide range of finishes, hardware and glazing options. All HiSpec24 windows are factory fitted with 4 weather strips as standard, which has a high wear resistance and is impervious to both paint and stain. High performance is maintained over a wide temperature range and it will not freeze to mating surfaces.

Frame and sash rebates are beaded as

standard and in both frames and sashes the lower glazing platform is sloped at an angle of 7 degrees which, in conjunction with the specially designed glazing beads gives a fully drained and vented system.
